On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Title Processor who plays a critical role in supporting title operations by managing files, preparing documentation, coordinating closings, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout each transaction.

This position requires precision, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to safeguard sensitive client data and maintain smooth, efficient closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Title File Management: Open, process, and maintain title orders from intake through post-closing.
  • Documentation & QA: Prepare title commitments, closing disclosures, CPLs, and final policies; verify accuracy across all data points.
  • Coordination: Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and client title teams to gather required information and provide regular updates.
  • Multi-System Navigation: Work across multiple client software platforms and CRMs; adapt quickly to each clients workflow and requirements.
  • Deadline Management: Prioritize urgent closings, reassign focus as needed, and escalate potential delays with clear solutions.
  • Confidential Data Handling: Manage highly sensitive information (SSNs, wiring details, f inancial data) within secure, approved systems only.
  • Communication: Engage daily with internal and client teams via Slack, email, and video meetings; provide transparent progress reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Accept feedback constructively, seek clarity, and show ownership for quality and deadlines
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible support on special projects and other assignments as directed by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, escrow, mortgage, or title operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and shift focus between multiple active files.
  • Experience working remotely and managing workflows independently.
  • Must be coachable, accountable, and solutions-oriented able to own mistakes and implement feedback.
  • Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and willingness to work full Eastern Time business hours.
  • Must pass a background check and comply with security protocols (VPN, MFA, restricted access, etc.).
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:
Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time

Pay: $350 per month plus $30 allowance
